1) An initial consultation is always free. There is no set time limit for this consultation we will take as much time as necessary to listen to your problems and determine a course of action if you need legal services.

2) Most cases involving injury or death are accepted on a contingent fee basis. With a contingent fee the client is not obligated to pay any attorneys fees unless we are successful in obtaining a financial settlement or monetary award in court. We advance the money for court costs, experts, depositions, business travel, and other expenses for the clients’ recovery.

3) Charges may also consist of a fixed hourly rate, or fixed sum or a combination. The fee agreement depends on the legal services provided. These options can be tailored to the individual case.

4) All fee agreements are placed in writing for the clients’ approval prior to hiring the firm.

Tatlow, Gump, Faiella & Wheelan, LLC will only accept cases which are meritorious and need our specialized services. Although most of our cases involve injury and death, we do accept other cases which are of interest to the firm.

Our firm restricts its practice to litigation. To better serve our clients we:

• have a central computer system so your case information and data is always at your lawyer’s finger tips.
• are available to meet or consult with you about your problem or concerns.
• have a legal library and high speed internet access, giving us access to the laws of all 50 states and the vast array of resource available on the internet.
• consult with experts in fields such as medicine, engineering and product design when needed.
