When a person calls us about a wrongful death or personal injury, our attorneys immediately offer them a free initial consultation. We speak with people for as long as it takes to answer all their questions give them a full understanding of their situation. If we take their case, we never charge clients anything and cover all expenses, only getting paid as part of an eventual verdict or settlement. If we lose, clients owe us nothing.
Devoted to Community Service
Our injury attorneys are very devoted to community service. The firm as a whole supports UNICEF, the Red Cross, and the YMCA. Gary Tatlow serves on Mizzou’s board for capital campaign and helped endow a child day care center in Moberly. Chris Faiella performs pro bono work the YMCA and works with the Patient Health Advocate Foundation for people who are denied health care. The partners are also active in membership and leadership positions with the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Missouri State Bar.
