1) An initial consultation is always free. There is no set time limit for this consultation we will take as much time as necessary to listen to your problems and determine a course of action if you need legal services.

2) Most cases involving injury or death are accepted on a contingent fee basis. With a contingent fee the client is not obligated to pay any attorneys fees unless we are successful in obtaining a financial settlement or monetary award in court. We advance the money for court costs, experts, depositions, business travel, and other expenses for the clients’ recovery.

3) Charges may also consist of a fixed hourly rate, or fixed sum or a combination. The fee agreement depends on the legal services provided. These options can be tailored to the individual case.

4) All fee agreements are placed in writing for the clients’ approval prior to hiring the firm.

Tatlow, Gump & Faiella, LLC will only accept cases which are meritorious and need our specialized services. Although most of our cases involve injury and death, we do accept other cases which are of interest to the firm.
